Coaching for Young Men

 

Coaching for Young Men (Aged 15–25)


This age group is facing huge pressure – from school, social media, expectations to “succeed,” and the challenge of figuring out who they are in a noisy, fast-moving world. Many feel stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected. My role is to walk alongside them, offering support that feels real, not clinical or formal.


Key areas of support include:


  • Building confidence and emotional resilience
     
  • Reducing screen time and encouraging real-life experiences
     
  • Developing healthy habits and life routines
     
  • Support with education, apprenticeships, or employment
     
  • Understanding identity, masculinity and purpose
     
  • Navigating anxiety, low mood, or social withdrawal
     
  • Tailored support for neurodivergent young people
     

My approach here is very relational – informal but purposeful. Whether it's meeting for a walk, chatting over a game of pool, or having regular coaching sessions, it's about making it feel safe, normal and empowering.
